Purpose

Location

Usage
[सम्पादन करी]{{Spoken Wikipedia|Name of file.ogg|{{Start date|YYYY|MM|DD}}|optional size to warn a user who might download if very large}}
Where YYYY|MM|DD is the date of article revision that corresponds to the audio file, in year|month|day format.
Generally, the final (size) parameter can be omitted for files which are less than 3 or 4 megabytes. This is merely to warn people on a slow connection that the file may take a long time to download.
There is also an optional simple= parameter that can be used to link to a simplifed version of the article as the basis for a shorter recording, as for the schizophrenia article.
